Our investigations are real.
We enter historically significant and reportedly haunted locations with an open mind, professional paranormal equipment, and a willingness to document whatever happens - whether the outcome is paranormal, explainable, or somewhere in between. We also value the experiences and abilities our Guests may bring to our Paranormal Investigations and appreciate having the opportunity to assist others to explore and learn what Investigation style works best for them.

Every location is different, and every investigation unfolds differently.
Our team uses a combination of traditional paranormal investigation techniques and modern equipment to document activity. Depending on the location, our investigations may include:

We don't go into a location already convinced that everything we experience is paranormal.
We investigate.
We observe.
We document.
We question.
We debunk when we can.
And when something doesn't have an obvious explanation, that's when the real questions begin.
ABOUT THE EVIDENCE
One of the things that makes our investigations so rewarding is going back through the evidence afterward.
Sometimes hours of investigating produce nothing unusual.
Sometimes it's a tiny sound buried in an audio recording.
Sometimes it's an unexpected response.
Sometimes it's a personal experience shared by a member of the team.
And occasionally, we capture something that makes all of us stop, listen again, and ask:
“What exactly was that?”
We don't expect everyone to believe every piece of evidence we capture.
In fact, we encourage people to question it.

- EVP Sessions – Asking questions and carefully listening for unexplained responses that may be captured through audio.
- EMF & Environmental Monitoring – Using equipment such as K2 meters and other devices to monitor electromagnetic and environmental changes.
- Spirit Communication Sessions – Using various methods (such as ESTES) and equipment to conduct controlled communication sessions and document responses.
- Dowsing & Intuitive Techniques – Exploring different approaches to paranormal investigation while documenting what occurs rather than assuming an experience has a paranormal explanation.
- Photography & Video – Documenting the environment throughout the investigation and reviewing images and footage for anything unusual.
- Trigger Objects & Experiments – Placing objects or conducting controlled experiments designed to see whether reported activity can be replicated or interacted with.
