Acadia Ranch is an old Tuberculosis Sanitarium. Lungers were drawn to Oracle for its fresh air and sunshine, but not all who checked themselves into the sanitarium made it out alive. Some ended up in the ranch's morgue. Acadia Ranch has reported paranormal activity linked to patients who died there as well as nurses who cared for the ill and contracted tuberculosis while doing so. Overnight must be 16+
